I always wanted to visit Switzerland. And guess what? I found a dog walker who would take me on an amazing trip to the land of fondu! We went all the way up the icy mountain top of Jungfraujoch. The train was expensive, but free for dogs.
The Jungfrau is one of the main summits of the Bernese Alps, located between the southern canton of Bern and the northern canton of Valais, halfway between Interlaken and Fiesch. (wikipedia)
From the platform, you could see the big mountains stretching beyond the peaky horizon. The building also houses a museum with really cool graphics and video projection. My favorite though was this giant snow dome with little moving parts and fake snow blowing inside the huge dome. Okay, a bit kitsch, but what’s wrong with that?
By the time we got back, it was already pretty dark. My dog walker took this photo and I think it is amazing.
